Immunization Regulation

In regards to immunization regulations please note the following:

  1. Informed consent must be upheld as it our legal right to know the benefits and risks of any and all vaccines, medications and medical interventions.  For where there is risk there must be choice.
  2.   Medical exemption must be protected and it must be strengthened for it is an  individual's right.  It must not be so difficult to obtain such an exemption from a doctor because they fear reprisal from their medical regulatory bodies.  The patient must come first.
  3.  Regulations for vaccinations for children taught at home is an absolute OVERREACH of the state's authority.  UNACCEPTABLE.  Do NOT infringe upon the right of parents.
  4.  COVID-19 shots should never be added to the vaccine schedule as there is a ton of evidence this it causes myocarditis amongst other side effects including death.  Children are at the least risk for COVID.
