Repeal paragraph A. 3. under Exemptions

Repeal this paragraph under Exemptions:  3. Upon the identification of an outbreak, potential epidemic, or epidemic of a vaccine-preventable disease in a public or private school, the commissioner has the authority to require the exclusion from such school of all children who are not immunized against that disease.  This is government overreach, giving one person, the VA health commissioner, the power to control children, or segregate healthy children.  This is a dangerous power that crosses the boundaries of bodily autonomy, constitutionally-granted parental rights, and the right to an education.  Based on an ever changing definition of "immunized."  Immunized no longer means sterilizing immunity.
