Please preserve the ability of faith-based groups to provide services within the state of Virginia. With the majority of licensed child-placing agencies in Virgina having a religious affiliation, blocking them from operating to serve Virginia's children and families would have an incredibly detrimental effect on the state. Additionally, many birth-parents and prospective adoptive parents and older children have sincere religious beliefs and should be allowed to work with agencies who can help them make decisions that honor their religious convictions. Please allow faith-based groups to continue their valuable service.
