New regulations for gaming proceedings

As an officer in the past, I have firsthand knowledge of how our smaller lodges struggle to keep the doors open.  Our lodge through electronic gaming has turned this around and not only is a place for fellowship with the other members, but it now contributes greatly to our community.  The Lodge supports many charitable efforts and also donates to various organizations such as the local fire, rescue and police departments.  To increase the tax to 40% and prohibit the use of the proceeds to go towards operating expenses such as payroll will effectively cripple our lodge as well as the other smaller lodges everywhere.  Please consider lowering this percentage and lifting the prohibition on payment of expenses.  Inflation is hitting everyone's pocket including the Lodge's.  This would very likely shut us down.
