I am 13, and an owner of dogs and cats, and whenever I think about it, I can't even imagine that some pets like mine get treated in such a horrific way. Animals all have feeling just like is and deserve to be treated much better than to be locked in a cage and breeded. Luckily, many people agree and that is why most puppy Mills in Virginia are closed and the owners are charged, but the only problem is that these people are allowed to just go ahead and keep doing these horrible things, and without inspection or regulation, animals will keep getting harmed.
