Children deserve a solid chance at life with a loving mother and father.  Inclusion of gay couples in the adoption pool should not be mandated as part of the adoption process. Many private adoption agencies consider it very inappropriate to place a child into such a home environment. These objections are based on moral and religious beliefs and should be respected by the state.
