There are many children needing loving parents.  Why restrict adoptions to limited types of families?  Why can't a single person or a gay or lesbian couple provide a home for a child ?  Shouldn't adoptive agencies just look at the mental health and stability of the person or couple?  I have heard of NO research that says that lgbt people raise unhealthy children because of who they are.  I hope that my state is wise enough to think of the children and not of restricting the number of loving homes available to them.
