Allow religious-based charitable organizations to operate without government intervention

To whom it may concern:

Religious institutions must refrain from displaying religious symbols on government property because we have no state religion. This is understood. However, the government should respect the rights of religious-based charitable organizations to operate according to their religious beliefs. Federal mandates that infringe on religious beliefs are crossing a line. If you want to keep church and state separate - do so in both directions.
