The religious beliefs of certain “faith-based” groups should not be a basis for denying other law-abiding citizens the right to make their family complete by giving a loving home to an unfortunate child. Discrimination based on sexual preference has no rational basis other than being designed to impose the religious beliefs of one group on the rest of society. This is wrong, and has no place in a civilized society.
