This is the piece that really bothers me as a minister of 28 years....  "The licensee shall prohibit acts of discrimination based on race, color, [gender], national origin,  [age, religion, political beliefs]." 

Note, discrimination based upon gender, age, religion, and political beliefs are no longer prohibited.  This is a Constitutional violation of the 1st and 2nd Amendments.  What is someone thinking?????? 

As a pastor who has helped a number of couples adopt, this proprosed change greatly bothers me!
