Seems to me there are a lot of risks that are unanswered yet regarding gold and other mineral and metal mining in Buckingham.  Aston is a prospector and will likely sell their finds to some other outfit.  Until Buckingham has a good information source and the resources that reside in the County that can carefully control and guarantee the safety of metal mining practices here, in my opinion, the County should pass an ordinance against any of these practices.  I believe that can be done outside of any policies issued at the State level, and again, in my opinion, should be done quickly.
