Assisted Living Administrator Examination

I think the National Exam should stay in place. This exam is written on a 12th grade level, which helps everyone looking to expand their knowledge, in the industry, gain the basic management concepts to operate and raise the industry  bar level of standards for our Residents/Employees.  The questions on this exam are everyday  questions that as a leader we should understand. If we are going to continue to give quality care, lead by example and continue to be a coach, then the industry should have a standard for everyone to follow, what a good place to start. The state rules change daily. Our destiny cannot be defined by fear of a test. Think about the questions and what you do everyday as a leader and this exam will become history--New Chapter will began as Leaders verses Supervisors.
