I am in favor of a state exam instead of a national exam.  It makes no sense that the rules and the regulations that AL administrators in Virginia need to follow are not on the licensing exam.  Certainly the information on the national exam is pertinent, but it is no more important than what regulations and standards that are to be upheld in the state are.  Please change to a state specific test for AL administrators.
