Do not force faith-based organizations out of business and cause less children to be adopted to further someone's political agenda.  Look at Illinois.  The children are suffering and not being placed in homes.  In Virginia, more than 80% of adoptions statewide are facilitated by faith-based adoption agencies.

Retain current guidelines, saying only married couples and single adults may adopt children.
