Kind Folk,
I recommend you make your information systems intelligently USEFUL for the intended audience who paid for them. We exist in an Age wherein the evolution of Information Technology and Communications has enabled myriad paradigm shifts. I believe, whether you should choose to do so or not, that an information system is feasible to "out-perform" your technology's function. At that point, you lose control of your tax funding.
Where are the links to relevant information?
Where is the formatting, to enable understanding and reaction, if necessary? Discussion and or debate, etc.? There can be no doubt that such things are in the "common good"...the "common weal". After all, isn't that what the "Commonwealth" of Virginia is all about?
Yours in the Spirit of Gifting,
Jeremy E. Simpson
