Please do away with the requirement for sampling small AOSS's that have been given general approval from VDH. These systems have shown under NSF or third party testing that they can produce the numbers that VDH wants. No one can control the flow and strenght of small flow systems. The sampling adds another burden of expense to the home owner. If VDH wants data then they should be responsible for sampling and tracking their own data.
