I wanted to make some notes on this action: 

• The required reductions in Nitorgen pollution in the Chesapeake Bay watershed need to remain. 
• I am not in favor of the continued allowance of these systems without any dry ground beneath them. 
• I am against allowing septic effluent to go directly into groundwater.
• The prohibition against putting these systems in wetlands needs to remain.
