12VAC5-613-10. Definitions.
Propose change of definition below:
"Treatment level 3 effluent" or "TL-3 effluent" means effluent that has been treated to produce BOD5 and TSS concentrations equal to or less than 10 mg/l each and less than or equal to 2,000 per 100 ml fecal coliforms.
