I am writing because I want the prohibition against putting septic systems in wetlands to remain.  To work properly, a septic system must be located on dry ground.  Putting septic runoff directly into ground water pollutes that water, damages wells, and contributes to the degradation of our waterways and the Chesapeake Bay.
