3rd party clearance needed

I am sorry, but I can not sit back and continue to watch this same company continue to flood this board about how 3rd party clearance is not needed in this field. I can verify for any board member that additional testing on my home came back with elevated levels, and that the containment and or negative air pressure was never set up.

It was due to the lack of legislation and regulation that this company was able to write the emails I have included below. The company also performed HVAC cleaning, and I have photos that can prove that my vents were just as fifthly as they were when they arrived. My home was not properly remediated, and no tenant should have to deal with this type of language from any outside company.

PLEASE FOR ALL CURRENT RESIDENTS OF THIS STATE, DO NOT ALLOW THE SAME COMPANY TO LEGALLY PERFORM ITS OWN CLEARANCE TESTING. IT IS NOT APPROPRIATE, IT IS NOT ACCEPTIBLE, AND IT DOES NOT ALLOW FOR PEACE OF MIND. IT ONLY ALLOWS FOR COMPANYS TO CONTINUE TO ACT IN AN UNETHICAL MANNER AND FORCE TENANTS AND HOMEOWNERS TO DEAL WITH AN UNHEALTHY ENVIRONMENT.

The emails listed below are from the company whom performed the 3rd remediation on my home, as you can see this is not a common practice for a professional company.

You cannot monitor a remediation, your not qualified to do so and moving your items is a very bad decision and unreasonable. But if you know more than me you must have a list of letters after your name as well.  These emails are getting fun, but truly non productive.  I would recommend allowing the landlord to remediate the home properly and move forward with life.  This is a simple case.

I don't appreciate your humor, as I am sure your other unsatisfied customers you told me about also feel the same. So you are telling me that if a qualified individual with letters behind there name may be present? Well if that is the case I can accommodate that for Saturdays remediation. I am not preventing anyone from moving ahead I am asking for the protocol for the testing done after remediation.
