The VDH needs to remove from Virginia School Health Guidelines the Advocates of Youth website, and ALL other links that provide content on abortion access, sexuality, gender identity and other related topics.   These are subjects that should be left to parents to decide.

I DEFINITELY disapprove of the offensive websites that I have examined that promote campaigns such as "Abortion Out Loud" and "Free the Pill Youth Council" -- and websites that are infused with one-side abortion access information and belittle and misrepresent pro-life counseling and adoption alternatives.    I am DEFINITELY objecting to issues that are selected for discussion which include instructions in sex, sexuality, and sexual identity.    These are all topics that parents reserve the right to discuss however they see fit with their own children.   

VDH cannot promote materials and resources to children of a sexual nature without parental knowledge and consent.   You are directly undermining parental rights to direct the health and education of their children.
