Please remove from Va School Health Guidelines the Advocates for Youth website and any links that provide information on abortion and sexual/gender identity - this is a matter for the parents to address not the schools.  It is my understanding that you are not allowed to discuss any thing related to sexual matters or to give a child written information on such matters without the parents knowledge so I am not even sure why the Va Dept of Health is even engaging in such a platform.
