The VDH needs to remove from Virginia School Health Guidelines the link to the "Advocates for Youth" website and any other links that provide content on abortion access, gender identity, sexuality, and other related topics that should be limited to discussion between child and parent.  The VA DOE has no place discussing these topics with children of any age, who are enrolled in their schools.  This constitutes a gross violation of VA Code Section 240.1 which renders it against the law to discuss without parental knowledge or consent.  It should not be hidden in public health agenda or codified in any other way.
