Hello, 

As a Virginian born citizen who went through the VA public school system, I am gravely concerned. My concern is that the Virginia Dept of Health is way outside the lines with this guideline. I have a child in school and the guidelines written here are not what teachers should talk about. These sex education topics are for parents to talk about with the child. No education professionals should be talking about visiting planned parenthood, abortion, sexual identity, sexuality as these are topics fit for only parents. This sexual health resources is not to be viewed, taught or discussed with children. This is not parent approved. Go back and bring some guidelines more appropriate or forget the whole subject.
