I do not understand the petitioner's rationality of taking a vaccine that she feels is not protecting her from unvaccinated people, in the first place, and then requiring other people to also take this vaccine.  If she believes it is a vaccine that actually protects people then she and her child should have no worries about lunchtime at school or any other unmasked time.  If, however, as it appears from her written concerns, she does not feel that her child has actually been protected by having the vaccine, why should she be pressuring others to take it?  And she is calling them irrational?

The Covid 19 vaccines in this country are for EUA only and are not approved.  The vaccines have been shown to be ineffective in preventing people from contracting Covid, and spreading Covid.  Israel is 84% vaccinated - the highest percentage worldwide, yet an average of 86% of the Covid cases in Israel are vaccinated persons.  On the other hand, India has almost completely wiped out Covid 19 by handing out Ivermectin as a preventative and treatment.    The Covid vaccines have also shown to cause severe side effects, including death.  If this is mandated for school employees and students, who will bear the liability for vaccine injuries?  The schools?  The woman who is demanding this mandate?  The vaccine manufacturers, distributors,  providers, and government planners are immune from liability.  Why is this so?

This is absolutely unconstitutional. No to vaccine mandates.
