While I find Senior Associate AG of Virginia Ms.Calleja’s attempts to circumvent our state legislative process and have her personal agenda pushed through by VDH both sad and infuriating, I’m also surprised at any state office willing to entertain her notion of mass vaccination at the expense of personal choice and religious beliefs of others. Aside from completely trampling on the Constitutional rights of her fellow citizens, Ms.Calleja is also advocating for a complete (and criminal) violation of Statute 1 of the Nuremberg code: "The voluntary consent of the human subject is absolutely essential. This means that the person involved should have legal capacity to give consent; should be so situated as to be able to exercise free power of choice, without the intervention of any element of force, fraud, deceit, duress, overreaching, or other ulterior form of constraint or coercion."
