Mandates are not laws and no Governor, Mayor, school board or government agency can mandate a law unless it goes through the congress and the senate. We have autonomy over our own bodies and what goes into them as stated in the constitution.If you bully people into getting vaccines or wearing masks you are breaking the law and will be held accountable.
