No Covid Vaccine Mandates on Children, Teachers and Staff

I strongly oppose mandating the COVID “vaccination” for children to attend schools in Virginia. These gene therapy shots are still experimental and have resulted in serious complications for children including heart conditions such as myocarditis, pericarditis, blood clots, and even death.  The Covid “vaccines” do not prevent people from catching and spreading COVID. Additionally, most children have healthy immune systems and their risk of complications are extremely low (lower than the flu), also our children have natural immunity after recovering from this virus which has a higher level of effectiveness compared to the Covid shots available. This is not a vaccine when it does not stop the spread of the virus.  Furthermore, the experimental Covid shots were based on the initial virus and therefore, the effectiveness of the Covid shots is significantly diminished to fight the new variants.  Lastly, the petition does not allow for religious exemptions/accommodations – which presents a violation of our 1st amendment rights.  I respectfully and strongly urge that no mandate for Covid vaccines be imposed on the students, teachers and staff of Public and Private Schools in the state of Virginia.

Thank you for your time.
