Strongly against government mandates of personal health choices

Medical choices should be left to an individual in consultation with their healthcare provider. No government agency or individual should be allowed to force a medical procedure on you or me without a strong compelling reason, backed by non partisan, clear, undisputed scientific evidence. If an individual wants to protect themselves or their children from the many and varied germs that are inevitably found in public settings, they should be given the option to avoid those settings. No one should be allowed to force others to rid themselves of any potential germs or pathogens, there would be no end to the possibilities. There may be an argument that it would increase the public health, but that should never be, except in the most dire circumstances, at the sacrifice of individual freedom.
