There should be no vaccination requirement for school employees and students in Virginia.  The decision should be left to the individual.  Practical reason makes evident that vaccination is not, as a rule, a moral obligation and that, therefore, it must be voluntary.   Please respect freedom of choice and freedom of conscience.  Thank you.
