Based on the fact that the vaccine does not keep you from contracting COVID-19 nor does it keep you from spreading the disease, there should be no mandate. This is not a safe and effective vaccine. Go to the VA Dept of Health and look at the number of cases and deaths in VA as a whole and then look at Counties.  This is NOT a pandemic. Do the math with the State's numbers. IT IS NOT A PANDEMIC. Vaccine mandates are NOT SAFE. They DO NOT WORK!
