No to Vaccine Mandates !!!

I am completely opposed to the vaccine mandates on our children, teachers and school staff. No one should be coerced to getting a vaccine or else lose their livelihood.

The Religious Exemption is protected by Title VII, US Civil Rights Act of 1964. This law also protects employees of   discrimination against an individual’s race, color, religion, sex, or national origin. If we eliminate Religious rights, then what will be next.

Per the EEOC guidelines, it is discrimination and against the law to deny an employee a Religious Exemption. An employer must give a reasonable accommodation in the work place.
