Ms. Collins,

I hear the parent's frustration and fear in her letter to you; however, she nor do you or the Commonwealth of Virginia have the right to force a person to take any vaccine into their body.  Those of us who hold dearly to our religious beliefs would violate what we believe God wants us to do, not man.  If this mother is so concerned about her daughter's wellbeing, maybe she should homeschool like so many other parents are presently doing.  The bottom line is that forcing us to take a vaccination against our will is unconstitutional, especially regarding religious beliefs.
