As a concerned student and Virginia taxpayer, I vote no to this mandate. It is a violation to my right to privacy, my religious freedom, and if you so wish, I would happy to present the data that deems such a mandate Unconstitutional. The contextual evidence necessary to make such a mandate Constitutional have not been met.
