I emphatically support preserving pedestrian and cyclist access to Bank Street.

Bank Street is integral to the downtown cycling and pedestrian infrastructure, especially as between the Capital Trail and the Franklin Street bike lane. Please help protect our citizens by keeping Bank Street open 24/7 to bike and pedestrian traffic as part of the public right-of-way rather than forcing them to find alternate (and unsafe!) routes.
