We have gone to a lot of trouble to promote the City of Richmond and the State of Virginia as being "green" and accessible.  Today is "Ride Your Bike to Work Day" and the offices we built are adjacent to the Brook Road bike trail that ultimately makes its way to Bank Street.  We have financed employee bike storage, changing areas and showers to promote employees coming back to work.  Closing Bank Street and making it difficult for bike riders is the antithesis of progress.  Look at the bigger picture in terms of the economy, productivity and access- Open it up!!!!
