First, thank you for the opportunity to provide public comment on such an important public health matter. I would like to know if DMAS could address the disparity between its noted alignment with the Board of Medicine (reference the statute 12VAC85-150-10 et seq. on pages 38 and 46 respectively); and the apparent discrepancy indicated on page 45, where the Department does not specifically identify the LABA under the appropriate codes. This appears to be a contradiction to the provisions laid out by the Board of Medicine, which allows LABA's to provide services that the Department appears to have omitted in the chart indicated at the bottom of page 45.
