For Functional Family Therapy:  Suggest billing on a per diem rate rather than 15 minute increments. This would align with current FFT, LLC suggestions and was adopted by Families First Prevention Services Act,  and EBA contractors for DJJ. The providers pay daily rates, for every day (even if client not seen) during the 90 days of service authorization. Would like to request a switch to a daily authorization.
