If an EBH service has not been initiated for more than 31 days, the CNA is considered outdated.  In this case, please consider allowing an addendum to be completed instead of a full CNA.  Requiring the client and staff to complete a full CNA is a burden to both, especially because an addendum would capture the needed changes and clinical information necessary for service delivery and tx planning.
