Can you provide clarity between “Collateral Contact” and “Therapeutic Interventions”?  Does this include collateral contacts as listed above?  Are these both billable?   The definition indicates “Therapeutic Interventions” are also referred to as “contacts” by MST Services, Inc.  – Is this the same for FFT Contacts and interventions?

The list of staff credentials definitions found in Chapter II of this manual, apply to this Appendix:  Note - Chapter II refers to code § 54.1-3500 which doesn’t distinguish QMHP-A or C in regard to QMHP-Es. – is this is accurate?

“FFT Supervisor” means a mental health professional (must be LMHP-R, LMHP-S, LMHP-RP, or LMHP) who is qualified by FFT, LLC to serve as a subject matter expert (“supervisor”)  ( REMOVE and acts as a lead on a certified FFT team.  Note - some teams have may have a team lead and Supervisor, these two roles may not be synonymous  ).
