Suggestions and questions: billing, telehealth, caregiver support

For the parent support/caregiver training it states, "The youth is present except when it is clinically appropriate for the youth to be absent in order to advance the youth’s treatment goals" This is vague in terms of when the child is required to be present. Confirming we could bill without the child present to discuss sensitive topics with the parent/caregiver?

Would you ever consider allowing a non-insurance credentialed LBA/BCBA to practice under another LBA/BCBA who is credentialed with insurance payors, while they are waiting for their credentialing to come through with the various medicaid insurance plans?

Billing for coordination of care and treatment planning has been highly valued and allows for the clinical quaility of services to remain high. It would be ideal if this could continue, since it will need to continue to occur reguardless of reimbursement/billing.

Can you confirm that 97151/97153/97156 will be covered under telehealth? it appears it is given what is currently listed in the telehealth services supplement.
