Please provide further clarification on the following: 

"Supervision of unlicensed staff shall occur at least weekly by the

 licensed supervisor."

* Is weekly supervision required to be provided by a BCBA? Are BCaBA's able to meet this requirement? Does the weekly supervision refer to the client or RBT? Does the client need to be present? Does this refer to per client per RBT? If a client does not receive services 5+ days a week, is weekly supervision still required? For client vacations- will documentation be required to explain why supervision did not occur that week?
