Description | This regulation establishes the rules that the Commonwealth Transportation Commissioner, as authorized by the Commonwealth Transportation Board (CTB), will follow in matters relating to classifying, designating, and marking State highways, and the posting of signs and markings. The Office of the Attorney General has found that this regulation is exempt from the APA under Section 9-6.14:4.1 B 3 and B 11 (effective 10/1/01, 2.2-4002 B3 and B11).
