Board Description:

Purpose, Powers and Duties: The board shall advise the Governor and the Department of Conservation and Recreation on the activities of the department.
Composition: Twelve members appointed by the Governor, subject to confirmation by the General Assembly. The board elects a chairman and a vice-chairman.
