This action seeks to conform provider notice requirements contained in 22VAC30-80-45 (Auxiliary Grants Program: Conditions of participation in the program) to those required in 22VAC30-110-40 (Assessment in Assisted Living Facilities: Discharge). As currently drafted, the sections offer conflicting timeframes. This action would defer the notice timeframes contained in the Auxiliary Grants Program chapter to those already required for public pay residents in the Assessment in Assisted Living Facilities chapter, thus removing the conflicting provisions. |
