Action Summary The amendments to 9VAC25-720, Water Quality Management Planning Regulation (WQMPR), include adding nine new Total Maximum Daily Load (TMDL) wasteload allocations (WLA) in the James River Basin (9VAC25-720-60 A) and one new TMDL WLA in the Rappahannock River Basin (9VAC25-720-80 A).
