General Information

Action Summary	Chapter 628 of the 2022 Acts of Assembly required that the Board of Pharmacy adopt emergency regulations related to work environments for pharmacy personnel that protect the health, safety, and welfare of patients. The Board has amended a section of Chapter 20 and added a new section to address the issues raised by Chapter 628 of the 2022 Acts of Assembly.
