General Information
Action Summary This regulatory action is intended add a new in-service requirement for dispatchers that dispatch for law-enforcement. The regulatory action will include the in-service requirements for noncustodial employees of the department of corrections designated by the director of Department of Corrections (DOC) to carry a firearm. All of the current in-service requirements the process for obtaining partial in-service credit and multi-media criminal justice training will be reviewed.
