Action Summary |
The purpose of the proposed action (Rev. H03) is to reduce emissions of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and nitrogen oxides (NOx) from open burning and special incineration devices in Virginia’s emissions control areas in order to attain and maintain the federal health-based air quality standard for ozone and nitrogen oxides. |
