The following language on Chapter IV, Page 26 was moved from Chapter VI, Page 13. Group counseling in this statement means the same as group psychotherapy provided by a LMHP, LMHP-R, LMHP-RP or LMHP-S. This limit does not apply to Psychosocial Rehabilitation. A clarification will be made to the final version of this Chapter.
For services where group counseling is allowed, reimbursement is not allowed for more than 10 individuals regardless of Medicaid eligibility unless the LMHP, LMHP-R, LMHP-RP or LMHP-S documents clinical justification for exceeding 10 individuals.
